BRSA AUTHORIZATION
By virtue of the Board Decree of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) (Agency) of 04.04.2013 and No. 5271, as per Article 11 of the Regulation (Regulation) on Authorization and Activities of the Institutions to Provide the Banks with Valuation Service, it has been approved to authorize the Banks to provide the service of “Valuation of Real Estate, Real Estate Project or Rights and Benefits on Any Real Estate” Included in the Scope of Article 4 of the Regulation, and added to the Board list.

CMB AUTHORIZATION
By virtue of the Board Decree of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) (Board) of 06.12.2012 and No. 42/1335, as part of the “Communique on the Guidelines Related to the Companies to Provide the Real Estate Valuation As Part of the Capital Markets Legislation and Addition of these Companies to the List by the Board” of the Capital Markets Board with Serial: VIII, No: 35, it has been added to the Board list to provide valuation service.
