Valuation Specialist

AS PART OF THE CMB LEGISLATION;

Valuation Specialist: Refers to the individuals, who are fully employed by the real estate valuation companies going to valuate a real estate, a real estate project or the rights and benefits attached to a real estate, or provide valuation services by signing a contract without being fully employed by the valuation companies, have graduated from minimum a 4-year university,  have at least 3 years of experience in the field of real estate valuation, and have been granted Real Estate Valuation Specialist License Expertise License as part of the arrangements of the Board with respect to licensing.

Responsible Valuation Specialist: Refers to the valuation specialists, who have minimum 10% stake in the Company’s paid-in capital, have minimum 5-year experience in real estate valuation field, have all the other conditions specified to be a valuation specialist, carry out the valuation work on behalf of the company under their own personal responsibilities, and are authorized to sign the valuation reports on their own.

Residence Valuation Specialist: Refers to the individuals, who perform residence valuation works in cases as required by the Capital Markets Legislation, and are fully employed in the valuation companies, or provide residence valuation services by signing a contract without being fully employed by the valuation companies, have graduated from minimum a 4-year university,  have at least 1 years of experience in the field of real estate valuation, and have been granted Real Estate Valuation Specialist Expertise License as part of the arrangements of the Board with respect to licensing.

Assistant Valuation Specialist: Refers to the individuals, who have graduated from minimum a 4-year university, have passed the Real Estate Valuation Specialist License Examination, and do not satisfy the experience condition that has to be held by a real estate valuation specialist, as part of the arrangements of the Board with respect to licensing.

Assistant Residence Valuation Specialist: Refers to the individuals, who have graduated from minimum a 4-year university, have passed the Residence Valuation Specialist License Examination, and do not satisfy the experience condition that has to be held by a residence valuation specialist, as part of the arrangements of the Board with respect to licensing.

AS PART OF THE BRSA LEGISLATION;

Valuation Specialist: Refers to the individuals, who are employed by the valuation company for valuation, have graduated from minimum a 4-year university, have at least three-year experience in valuation issues, including banking, independent auditing, insurance expertise or court expertise, or have the professional competence certificates on valuation issued by the competent authorities at home or abroad.

Machinery Valuation Specialist: Although there is no clear definition in the legislation regarding valuation in our country, it refers to the individuals, who have the qualifications of the Real Estate Valuation Specialist, received the “Real Estate Valuation Specialist License” to carry out Machinery and Real Estate Valuations as part of the arrangements of the Capital Markets Board with respect to licensing, and are Mechanical Engineers.
