The minimum elements of the valuation report prepared in respect of the conclusions reached in the valuation process should be prepared in writing in accordance with the criteria set by the Board, and signed by at least one responsible valuation specialist. The valuation reports cannot be signed by the individuals, who are not valuation specialists and do not have qualifications of a residence valuation specialist.
As part of the CMB, BRSA communiques, according to the different value needs as per the International Valuation Standards and the other relevant regulations and standards; the works can be carried out under the CMB Report Format / Long Format Report (With Notes) / Long (Abstract) Format Report / Short - Restricted Report Formats.
The Valuation Reports prepared within the scope of the Urban Transformation works do not have a report format specially prepared by the relevant Ministry, and are specially designed by our company having knowledge on the urban transformation issue.
